Leakage is a common plumbing problem in pipes and water pumps. There are some components of a water pump that can wear out and cause water leakage problem, due to their easy design. There may be some other reasons for the water leakage from heat pumps including dirty filters or heat exchanging coils, blocked drains, and a shortage of refrigerant. Check you water pump there must be some block drains due to which water is leaking.

Sorry, not enough detail in the video to see under the pump. You should really get that checked out by a local engineer asap.

One could be its tear and wear due to years of used. Second is due to successive overheating.
