Interested to know what software is popular among mid-sized plumbing companies. We use a full-service solution provided by Intac International called Wintac. We’re in the process of upgrading versions so that we can take advantage of the features in the most recent release. The new version has the ability to load a client portal onto mobile devices such as Ipads and other tablets so that you can have instant access to your entire database from wherever you are in the field. We’ve been very happy with the features in the version that we’ve been using for years, such as the online dispatch board, client information database, and full accounting software built in. We would recommend Wintac to anyone trying to get a handle on all of the information that needs to be tracked from the call, to the technician, and to the bank.
