For any septic/ sewer system, is there a standard angle to use when making turns so everything flows freely without problem? What are the max angles you can use?

No turn of direction more than a 45 degree angle underground is allowed in the state of Kentucky.
You can however use a regular and street 45 together to make a 90 degree turn of direction. I personally wouldn’t make such a sharp turn underground, given no immediate access to the fitting.
Check with your local authority to find out what codes/restrictions apply to your specific area.
