Loud singing noise coming from mixing valve under bathroom sink when hot water is turned on at bathtub. Anyone no of a way to stop the noise? Are there ways to adjust the valve? Thanks for your help.

One of two things is happening. One, the water pressure is too high, over 100#, solution would be to install a pressure reducing valve where the service enters the building. Two, and probably the cause, change the washers at the tub valve.
