My problem is with the electric water heaters’ overflow tube continuously running. I have lowered the temp to 110 on both the upper and lower registers and have lowered the pressure as low as I dare, but the water is still continuously running. And I don’t mean dripping, I mean running. Help!! I haven’t a clue what else to do. Will this end up a huge cost to repair or replace?

call a LMP to make sure 1- You do not have excessive pressure OR a defective T&P valve Ta dUM
