I have consulted with a few plumbing business
owners recently and some of the issues
they are dealing with are needing money for advertising, needing more equipment to be
able to bid on larger jobs or needing more cash to meet payrolls.

If you are having similar issues lets talk about some of my proposals.

Sounds to me if what you are saying is true then those that find themselves in those positions should not be running a business in the first place and would be better off working for someone else with true business knowledge.
I also support Plumbills answer which is probably more to the truth of the matter.
Cash flow is the answer to all business success – without it business cannot succeed and business will be shortlived indeed..
