How do you know a leech field needs to be replaced? What would an inspection company find when inspecting a leech field, if it did need to be replaced? Would doing laundry while the leech field was being inspected give a false conclusion as to the condition of the leech field?

If water is sitting in the fied then it is bad and running wash water in the tank would not make a difference.
