I had a Reliance 501 installed 3 years ago and now we don’t have hot enough water and the tank is leaking.
What will Reliance Company do for us? The tank is supposedly warranted for 5 years isn’t it? -
You need to take down the serial number and the model number and bring it to a reliance dealer. They should give you a free tank but you have to pay the installation. Dale’s Plumbing Service LMP
