My sump pump PVC discharge line is frozen. Since this PVC doesn’t have any conductivity, how do I thaw this pipe out? The part that is frozen is within the wall, not outside not inside. Is there an easier way besides a hair dryer. More importantly, how can I prevent this from happening in the cold future.

What is the pump for. You should have a vertical are hor. check valve in line to keep pump from recyling. Where does it pump too, can you use heat tape on it. Tell me more about it where it pumps too, what it pumps and I might have idea what to do.
