Hello,
All of a sudden my sump pump is running almost constantly (about every 10 minutes). Does anyone have an idea as to what my problem might be?

Do you have a vertical check valve in the line if so the check might be stuck, take it apart and see.

Also check to make sure that the discharge line outside of the home for sump pump isn’t detached and allowing the water to drain back down near the pit.

It’s not the check valve and the disharge line is 5 feet away from the house and looks to be draining fine. The area is very saturated and my sprinkler box is in the same area. Is it possible I have a sprinkler pipe leak somewhere under the ground? From the house to the main sprinkler box? Where else could I be getting so much water into my sump?

Turn off sprinkler valve for a day or so and see if the pump stops running.
