My house is plumbrd with black abs and I’m putting in a new kitchen sink. Can I plumb the sink drain with white pvc ? If I can do need anything special. I have heard you can’t mix them .

Use a fernco between the dissimilar materials to join them, or use a threaded connection.
But you cannot glue the two products together.
