I just installed new faucet in one sink and garbage disposal in another. In both cases, the pipes leaked. I tightened the plastic compression rings, made sure there were seals where needed, etc. But still small leaks, especially after the sink that I had filled had emptied. It would look good, then I’d look again after a few minutes and there would be a small puddle on the floor of the sink cabinet. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong. Thanks

Put new washers in trap and try it, make sure trap is lined up good before you make it tight, tighten up by hand and then get plyers and make a 1/4 turn, if it dont work get telflon dope and take apart and put some on threads and pipe. If you made them to tight you might have cracked the nut.
