I am in the design and brain storm stages of remodeling my bathroom. It small and I wanted to use a wall mounted sink and toilet to make it look bigger and easier to clean. I would hire a plumber to make the hookups correct but does anyone have any suggestions or comments on this procedure?

Well you have to take out toilet and cap pipe. Break into wall and install a WC fitting into stack for toilet. Might have to take out tee for Lav. and redo it to get carrier fitting in, also install a carrier for lav. Go to http://www.google.com and ask for wall hung toilet carriers.
