I’m going to instal a sink and shower in my basement for occasional use when we have company, can I drain them into a sump pump or directly into a floor drain to avoid breaking up concrete?

No as long as your sewer is below floor you will have to break up floor and make con. and run a vent through the roof are con. into existing vent 42″ above floor.
