I am thinking about renovating my 2 bathrooms and I would like to know, given the sewage drainage is a different system, how difficult it is to relocate a toilet. Can it be done and if so, is it expensive or am I better off leaving it where it is.

You got to know what you are doing and know how to do the venting, call a Plumber and get a price, make sure they are LIC.
