Are pump alarm went off today and after checking thing’s out it seems that our sand mound has frozen up. The sewer guy that we called is telling us that the whole sand mound will have to be reconstructed because it wasn’t layed out right in the first place. Is this actually the case or is there another way around this?
It is a brand new house, but now the guy that built is saying that the sand mound has been in for 5 years, but was never used until he built the house on the property. We have a 1 year waranty on the house but he says that the septic is outside of the house so it is not waranted!
HHmm, sounds pretty stinky to me…pardon the punn.

Go to a title co. and take your deed to them and ask them. I think you are right but go find out.
