I have a cracked ABS closet flange (offset) set in a concrete floor. A “fix-a flange” doesn’t work, since the hub under the flange is not completely circular.

Is there a good/easy way to cut out the flange neck from inside the riser (ABS) to replace the entire assembly, or is there a better product that mounts on top of the existing flange??

If it is 4″ pipe you can cut it 1/2″ below the floor with asmall saw wheel that fits in el. drill and cut it out, then get a 4×3″ pvc flange and the right kind of glue and install it and screw down. The 3′ spigot of the flange will fit in 4″ pipe.
