My toilet sometimes overflows when flushed during a heavy rainfall. The sink and tub in the same bathroom drain fine and the bathroom down line also drains ok. Any ideas?

Rain should not have any thing to do with your toilet unless you are connected to a storm sewer. Call the plumbing dept. and ask them if you are on a storm sewer.
