I recently had a walk in shower built in my loft (I’m on the 2nd floor of the building). It looks like there is quite a bit of tile mortar or concrete in the drain. Water will drain, but it is very slow. What can I do? If this requires a professional, any estimate on cost? Also, I am very concerned about any leaking on my downstairs neighbor, and want to ensure that will not be a problem. Thanks!
You did not say, I am guessing that the tile you see is this side of the P trap. If this is true, use a wet vac to get that stuff out of the drain. If it is hardened, call back that tile guy to get it proper for you. Bill The Local Plumber Tustin, California http://www.TheLocalPlumber.com
