I recently had a basement bath installed. Works OK except everytime the sewage ejector pump fires it syphens the traps of the shower and sink allowing sewer gas to seep up. I know there is a problem with the way it is vented, but I’m not sure exactly what needs to be done to fix it. Any suggestions???

Have someone install a proper vent AT THE SEWERAGE EJECTOR. SEE Stevens or Nossiter pumps for a proper installation.

Some sewer gases are linked some types of Cancers
