We purchased a Reliance 501 hot water heater 3-4 years ago. In the last year we have been getting white chips in our water. I’ve been told that this is the deterioration of the dip tube and that there is a
lawsuit in process against the manufacturer of the tube. Where do I find someone to replace the tube or the entire hot water heater. This certainly can’t be healthy having white plactic chips in my water. Please advise ASAP.
