I need to know if there is a toilet with an 11″ set back or if there is an offset closet flange for 4″ cast iron that will sit flat on the existing floor. The existing pipe is flush with the floor and cannot be cut down due to other drains connected to it.

If your measuring 11 inches from the wall to the center of the drain 10 inch rough toilet would work fine.Most supply houses stock them.
