I wrote earlier regarding the sewer odor in my home. New information-
I only experience the smell in the evening when I’m using my fireplace. Is the draw of the fire burning somehow bringing the sewer
smell into the house? -
jvanhalle, It very well could be, and you may have a leak in your vent system. Modern houses are so air tight these days that the combustion air for your fire could be coming from a leak in the vent system. JWA
