noise in the pipe

        Eevery time I open any water faucet and close it, there is a 2-3 second noise coming out from the basement. Is this due to the pressure reducing valve? How can this problem be fixed?

          go on down in your basement and listen to the thing and see if thats it. if it is what brand and model is it?

            The valve is made by BRAUKMANN model D06F.
