Our upstairs toilet has always been a slow flusher, it also has had a problem clogging very easily. It will back up till it almost gets to the rim and the in a flash it goes down and flushes. Is there anyway that you can clean out the pipes safely when you have a septic tank? Please give me some advice.

Make sure your toilet is vented properly & the vent is clear
