        I have a sump pump that discharges into a common drain about 70 feet from my house. THe discharge rate is clearly slower than it used to be. The pipe leaving the house is 1.5 inch PVC. I don’t know if it is anything different underground. Is there a way that I can clean the drain to improve the flow rate?

          Unplug this pump and check around the impeller for obstructions and sediment that may be stuck on it
