In the last two days we have had a good amount of rain. This has never happened in the 7 years that I have lived in the house but the floor drains overflowed and some water may be coming in where the floor meets the wall. If anyone can suggest anything please let me know soon. Thanks

Since this never happened before I would suggest you have your drain lines water jetted to get full flow of the pipes and get rid of the all the debris build up.
Try this 1st THEN other options are available.

Is this section of the house below the level of the ground outside ??
if it is then its in need of some proper drainage behind the wall
