First off, this is a GREAT web site. Now…, both our toilets will not flush properly. With just a kleenex in them, they flow to the top. Plunging generally helps but usually is necessary EVERY flush. My husband put in a grooming tub 3 feet above the basement floor for me down in the basement and ran the drain into an existing plugged hole in the main pipe down stairs going to the sewer (not sure what it’s called). Since then our toilets will not flush. Is this coincidental with something else going on here that you can think of? Any help would be appreciated.
        Thanks!

It is probably coincidental, depending on how he made the connection. However, you will need access to that opening to snake the sewer and unplug whatever is causing the problem.
