Last year we had to get our septic tank pumped out, then 6 months later we had to have it pumped out again, then 3 months later again and now 1 month and 2 days later it has to be pumped again. Everyone says it is our drain field, but none of the companys that pump the septic can do anything other than pump them out. Is there anything thing we can do to try to solve the problem ourselves? Our money is literaly going down the drain.
Also our kitchen sink takes forever to drain (hours) even when tank is pumped. Please help! -
You have your septic tank pumped to get rid of excess SOLIDS not LIQUIDS. Why are you having the tank pumped? Rather than keep throwing money away, you should call a plumber familiar with septic systems.
