Our guest BR toilet has been leaking on the floor around the base when flushed. Preparing to replace the wax seal, I have found the bowl mounting flange to be corroded and I do not want to reuse it.
My drain pipe is PVC and there is a flanged PVC insert over the bowl mounting flange. This PVC insert is glued to the drain line.
How can I replace the bowl mounting flange? Is there a way to remove the glued insert w/out breaking the pipe?
        Thanks for your help!!

There is a repair flange available for closet collars that wont hold bolts any longer. It slides under the existing flange to allow for new bolts. Good Luck.
