        Each would be enclosed in their own cabinet (timber/cement sheet) but wondering if there is a minimum distance required between the two units.

          If the tank is 125 gallons or less you just need 3′ spacing per ICC and 5′ of spacing for ASME requirements, your supplier should know what standard you must meet.
