I have a utica boiler with a bock indirect hot water heater- [40 gal].serving a 1 bedroom 4 rooms.tenants take shoewrs every day.I seem to be using about 100 gal.of propane in a week. is this normal? and should I covert to an electric hwh to save on gas?please help. thanks in advance.

Tell me what the gas input rating is either btu’s/hr or kw/hr and I will work it out for you.
