I have a leaking UPC anti siphon valve on my sillcock. Are there repair parts available? Who is the manufacturer? Can it be repaired? It is in a ABP sillcock. Do they have a web page?

They are not easily removed for replacement. They are not repairable. The best thing is to replace the hose bibb and the vacuum breaker. If you try to unscrew the vacuum breaker you will strip the threads on the hose faucet and the new one will not go on properly.
