I have a gas fireplace insert being installed inside an existing brick fireplace. I would like to know how to bring the 1/2 inch gas pipe inside the fireplace (right side). I have a crawl space were the black pipe goes to other gas appliances, but it is solid bricks underneath the fireplace. So how is it done?

I guess you are not trade qualified huh? elsewise you would have heard of such a thing called a masonary drill!!!
