I live outside Tupalo Mississippi. I was just told by some inspector from the county that I can’t have my new LP water heater in my new basement under my double wide. He came out to look at the septic tank and just started to snoop around, can he really do this?
My Uncle Billy, in Tupalo, has his water heater and furnace in his basement, but he is on city gas. Why the difFerence. -
LP -liquid propane gas is heavier than air. In the enent of a leak what you will get is collection of gas in the cellar. Then one small spark the house will be in orbit around the earth.
