I have an ancient “Milwaukee Thermoflow” furnace that has the fan stuck on, whether it calls for heat or not (even if I turn the t-stat to off). The T-stat fan switch is on auto, not on. I checked the fan switch, and I changed the relay, but to no avail. So, I changed the whole control panel, and I still have the same problem. I also changed the thermostat completely. HELP!!! Someone please tell me the answer! I don’t want to pay the bucks for a new furnace or pay for a service call!!!

You have changed the relay and the control panel and that did not fix the problem. In that case, I would think a service call would have been cheaper. I am positive a service call will be less expensive than a new furnace, but you are welcome to go that route, if you want to buy one of those also. You are going to be upset if it turns out to be a minor adjustment.
