Hi, recently it seems that my hot water is brown and dirty when it comes out of the tap. Clod water appears to be fine. The hot water is not dirty in every tap, just a few ones on the 1 st floor
What could that be ?? -
Sounds a little like you need to flush out your hot water cylinder then flush the pipework out from it to the bottom floor outlets. I suspect you haveb a lot of sludge in the tank or contained within the pipework from it.

Sounds like porcelin in tank is commimg off and causing tank to rust, if it keeps up you might have to buy a new tank.Let us know.
