I have an apartment hot-water heated with cast iron radiators. All work well except for one on the first of two floors. I have bled air out and after collecting about 25 gallons of water, the water began to feel warm and the radiator warmed up some but did not get hot. Any ideas as to how to get this thing hot like the others?

You will have to find the cause of the non circulation which could be a stuck radiator thermostat, a particaly block radiator water flow valve, a blocked radiator interior or that there is still air within the system yet to be bled out. Call in a serviceman to assist you.
