Hi there. I’ve got a wierd one for ya….
I have a gurgling sound in my upstairs bathtub. This only happens after the lift station in the basement pumps then turns off. About 2 years ago i replaced the lift station pump. The pump i purchased was a 1/3 hp replacing a 1/4 hp. Don’t know if this would cause this. The lift is currently only for laundry. It is a septic system and has been pumped in November. Just this past weekend, we’re hearing the gurgling in the b/r sink and the water level in the toilet bowl drops. I live in MN and its been pretty cold for a few weeks, but it seems to be draining. We have six people in the house so it gets used a lot. The house is 6 years old. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like you have a vent problem, are your vents on the roof open, check them out. Let me know.
