I am trying to fix an outdoor sprinkler system made out of pvc. How do I get the pieces apart if thet have been glued or
cemented together? IS there a product I should use? And do I NEED to cement the pieces back together? Any suggestions woyld be greatly appreciated.
        Thanks

Once plastic piping has been glued the easiest repair is to cut out the broken section and install a new section with glue after you prime it. You will need 2 couplings to make these repairs.
It doesnt pay to try to ream out the fittings of old plastic. Your time is worth much more than the 39 cents for fittings. Good Luck
