My toilet is constantly running, the water flows straight through to the bowl and doesn’t fill up the tank.
I think that this must be a problem with the outlet valve. The valve is an imperial one.
To fix this do i just change the big white rubber washer/seal in the bottom or replace the whole thing?

Never saw one before but the way you talk about replacing white washer is the route to go, if should stop it, if not call a Lic. Plumber, bet you have big water bill.
