I think that this must be a problem with the outlet valve. The valve is an imperial one. To fix this do i just change the big white rubber washer/seal in the bottom or replace the whole thing? 2 Jan 2007 at 11:44 am #297442 Retired plbg1Participant Never saw one before but the way you talk about replacing white washer is the route to go, if should stop it, if not call a Lic.
