Half shower half spout. When in Shower position, the diverter is not diverting all the water to the shower head. Half is diverted to the shower head and half to the tub spout. The diverter appears to be set up correctly and is new. Home Depot representative can not find any problems. Any help is appreciated.

First thing is those kids at HD dont know anything about it. You can have some dirt in it and parts could be wore out. Go to http://www.plumbingpartsdepot.com put name of faucet in and get a drawing of it how it go together and go to a Plumbing parts store and get new parts, if it has a washer in it it might be wore, let me know.
