we’ve just been fitted with a new Vaillant ecoTEC boiler but the same old problem is happening. if we turn down the heating the water pressure drops below the ‘line’. the manual says ‘the system must be filled with water before you start up the appliance again’. it may sound stupid, but how the hell do you fill the system up? I’ve just turned everything off, am going to wait about a half hour and try again, but I’m worried this could damage something. I’ve rung their help line which gives me a premium priced technical line and I’m not willing to keep giving these people my money! ta!

You should have a water line to fill it up, when filling let the aair out. Why didnt they fill it when they installed it, let me know.
