      Help! I have a Rigel toilet (XL501T) and I can’t get the cistern top off to get to the problem. There is water running in a constant stream down the inside of the bowl. I have tried pulling the top up, tried twisting the silver part where the button is and all sorts of other things but it won’t budge! Is there a trick or something I don’t know?
