We just discovered a leak in our basement coming from water running down the pipe, it gets worse when we turn the water on in one of our 2nd floor bathrooms. We are going to call a plumber, but my question is are they going to have to rip apart all my walls from basement to 2nd floor bathroom??? The tub is a one piece shower/tub combo, will they have to take that out also?

It depends on wher they think leak is, they should only break out where they need too.

Most of the time leaks can be fixed with very little removel of anything if the plumber is experienced at service work.
