I’m a new home owner. Everytime I take a shower in my master bedroom, for ~ 10 minutes afterwards, I hear a dripping noise in the room adjacent to the bathroom coming from the wall. The noise stops after about ten minutes, so it is only present after using the shower. There are no stains on the wall where it is coming from. I am wondering if this will lead to long term damage or if it is perhaps the reason why I run out of hot water so fast. What can/should I do? Will it involve a major renovation (i.e. tearing down the wall)? Can you give me a ball park figure how much it would cost? Thank you.

As far as I can say you will have to go into wall, get a bid from 3 Lic. Plumbers and they can tell you more by being there. let me know.
