It does not happen with the other 2 toilets in the house. 12 Sep 2005 at 12:44 am #296882 DUNBARParticipant Sounds like the fill valve in the toilet has debri in it or the diaphragm is old and in need of replacement. Also, it could be the isolation valve at the wall leading to the toilet that has a loose washer. Check out both of these to determine what it is…..and fix the problem.
