      Hi,

I have a Neoperl Kitchen Faucet with an extension hose that can be pulled out. The faucet has recently seized up and is now very difficult to move. it corrected itself for a while and then seized up again.

I have also noticed a wet mark under the sink directly underneath where the faucet has been installed but there are no visible leaks. The water pressure, temperature and washes seem fine.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

      Cheers

Got this from http://www.google.com Check it out you can get info from that site. Put in search neoperh faucet. Sorry dont know anything about the faucet but sounds like there is a leak inside causing a lime built up making the hose hard to pull out. As i looked at faucet pic. parts looks like there is a part in there with O rings which has to be replaced, look at parts pic.

      Dear Art retired plbg,

Thanks for your advise. I have had a look on the website and found they have an enquiry email address so I’ll see what they think it might be too.

      Cheers

      CM
