Two weeks ago my downstairs neighbor had a plumber come in to start renovating their bathroom. The pipes are old in this old building and a leak started. My neighbor went to the basement and shut off as many valves as he could trying to stop the leak. It’s a 5 condo building and pipes go in all different directions. Anyway, now that the fix has been mended and the valves turned back on we have very low hot water pressure, more noticeable the higher up you live. The cold water is okay. The plumber that was here looked around but could not find anything wrong.
Just recently the pressure increased a little but still is far below the way it was two weeks ago. Does anyone have any ideas what may have happened or what we should do? I want to get another plumber in but thought I would start here to get some ideas.
      Thanks!

Sounds like the Plumber loosened up alot ofdebis in the pies and it must have clogged up some of the valves. First thing is locate main shutoff, turn it offf and take the bonnet off of valve that turns off water to fix.and turn on water and see how much dirt and water comes out, you will have to do this to all the valves and maybe ffix. faucets also take off areaters, its a job but you have to start at beginnig, let me know how it turns out.
