When I flush my toilet, the flapper does not close. I have made adjustments on the handle but it does not seem to help. Do I need a new handle or something else? The chain length is fine.

Thata called a Trip lever. If it sticks you might have to reolace it, those PVC ones stick afyer a while, replace it and see.

I changed the handle and the people at Lowe’s said the handle was bad but the flapper is still not closing. What do I do now?

              Replace the flapper.
